Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Gaana Distribution, we believe in supporting our customers and aim to be as helpful as possible, which is why we maintain a flexible cancellation and refund policy. We understand that circumstances can change quickly, but our ability to process a cancellation is directly tied to the speed of the distribution process.

 

Cancellation Eligibility

For a cancellation and refund request to be considered, it must meet the following criteria:

1. The Critical Window

Your request must be submitted immediately after placing your distribution order.

Our system begins processing and preparing your release for delivery almost instantly. Therefore, we may not be able to entertain a cancellation and refund request if:

  1. The request is submitted more than 24 hours after the original order was placed.

  2. The content (the music/metadata) has already been successfully delivered to the streaming platforms (such as Spotify, Apple Music, etc.). Once delivery is complete, we incur distribution costs and the process is irreversible.

We encourage customers to review all submission details carefully before placing their order. If you need to cancel, please contact our support team without delay.

2. Refund Processing Timeline

If your cancellation and refund request is approved by the Gaana Distribution team, the financial reimbursement will follow a standard processing period.

  • Processing Time: It will take 3–5 business days for the approved refund to be processed and reflected in your original method of payment.

  • Please note: This time frame may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment institution.
